File - Template - Template

You use the GL Template File Update screen – Template tab to add or edit GL template details.

1. Add a new GL template or open an existing one.

Refer to "Adding a New Template" or "Updating a Template".

Micronet displays the GL Template File Update screen - Template tab.

2. Complete the fields on this tab.

This is exactly the same as setting up a new account - refer to "File - GL Accounts - GL Account".

3. Select FILE | SAVE.

4. If you want to:

• update all GL accounts with the changes you have made, refer to "Edit - Update GL Accounts"

• apply changes you have made to an account to the currently displayed GL template, refer to "Edit - Update GL Templates"

• apply changes you have made to this GL template to all GL templates, refer to "Edit - Update All Templates".
